unfortunate mishap in the garage

crunched material ground away, surround beveled, new inner glass & Divinny glued on - tape does as good a job on rails as does the vacuum

tape removed

new Divinny ground flush - Kevlar is rearing its ugly head...

"glassed" over with Carbon cloth plus an outer sacrificial layer of glass

outer reinforcements ground flush - another fuzzy strand of Kevlar that needs to be buried before things can proceed

there was also this mysterious crease on the forward bottom, with holes drilled to "get the water out"

filled, "glassed" over and feathered out

primed, painted, stripes touched up with Acrylic

rail ding primed, then painted with LP - I do LOVE white boards!!
